Jason Horton, husband & business partner of Jessica Horton (Georgia Real Estate License #250612), owner of Jessica Horton & Associates of Griffin Georgia, is a convicted felon and has served time at RUTLEDGE STATE PRISON for burglary while brandishing a firearm.
Complaints have been filed at various websites and the Georgia Real Estate Commission regarding the real estate company known as Jessica Horton & Associates regarding unethical conduct of Jessica Horton, and Jason Horton accessing clients homes.
Below are images of just some of the damage my home encountered, which in some instances could only be considered vandalism. The Horton family lived just three months (of a three year lease) in the home before fleeing one night leaving a majority of their possessions, damage to the home, trash & food everywhere, bills unpaid, and rent unpaid to this very day.

From Prisoner to Preacher
It’s always amused me when those that have led a self-serving & dishonest life, suddenly “find God” and now feel they’re in a position to preach to the “sinners” and “non-believers”.
It’s certainly convenient when you can steal, burglarize, cheat, and lie throughout portions of your life, and then suddenly, without even bothering to go back and attempt to right those wrongs, a person simply concludes he or she is not only forgiven by God for all of those wrongs, but is now elevated to a position of narcissistic condescending hypocrisy. I see this tactic used quite a bit by ex-convicts such as Jason Horton, so it’s come as no surprise.
If you read through some of his religious mumbo-jumbo ranting, and you actually know of the things he’s done, it’s pretty damn funny. It’s like a convicted pedophile opening a daycare center and telling you “it’s okay now, I found Jesus!” If you look at the document below, you will see that Jason Horton was sentenced to 120 months, also known as ten years.
A pretty hefty sentence issued for a pretty serious crime; breaking into peoples home's while their actually home, with a group of men and guns, is called Home Invasion these days. Somehow he managed to get out after just two years,....I wonder how he did that? Perhaps a whole lot of telling took place, as he does openly admit to snitching.
